Soundwaved

I'm so happy, I got to meet the guys from All Time Low the other day at the Soundwave festival and they'r like one of my fav bands! They were so awesome and down to earth, wandering around and meeting ppl and stuff, not like those bands that just retreat to their airconditioned comfort. I was shaking when I took a pic of my friend with them, it was quite embarrassing, but i got over it. and i didn't get sunburnt either (which is a bonus!). The music was fabulous, and mosh pits are heaps fun, as long as the people in it aren't all heaps taller, male, half drunk (at least) and crazily leaping around. That was an experience. and people tried to crowd surf when the corwd was tiny. that was painful. why do people even do that? don't they realise the people at the front have usually waited for ages? it would be easier if i wasn't trying to take photos. most didn't turn out because there's an arm or something in the way. i decided a dream job of mine would be a band photographer, both live and in photoshoots.

homework is also intense. and there's waay too much. but its all pretty interesting.

and my friend from melbournes coming over! its so exciting and we can chant together because everyone else just looks strangely at us.

and i'm a bad canoer. i always accidentally capsize it and get bruised climbing back in. i honestly don't mean to, but people debate that.
have a nice day
xx

Not Sleeping Is Fun

Journal Entry: Fri Jan 18, 2008, 5:23 AM
Yep the title says it all... the more sleep deprived you are the crazier you go(in a good way), at least thats what happens to me. I'v spent two weeks in Canberra with this science forum thing. It was the most intense but best two weeks of my life.ever. I didn't learnt much intellectual stuff but i learnt how to chant and survive with not much sleep. when i got home my voice was all low and funny because of it. I met some of the awsomest people and am planning this super trip to visit some of them. it'll be great. sadly my high is ending though, and it feels heaps strange not having a schedule planned.

We've got singstar pop hits, and omg i love it! it has FOB and MCR and evanescence. I annoy everyone by playing it all the time. but its ok coz i hold most of the records. and i hope everyone had a fantastic christmas and new year! It was great because in Canberra i found a MCR dvd, and apparently only 300 were released in oz, so i was pretty happy. i also somehow managed to kinda break the battery opening on my camera, but luckily it still works. i took so many photos in canberra. mainly of stuff with cool shapes and lines. i now have to go through them all and sort them out, that should be fun.

yep that is all for now. thankyou for reading. i hope it doesn't bore you...

Driving is actually quite fun, as long as your not distracted or anything, but omg there are some hopeless drivers on the road. And my beloved birdy Chrysto (the green one) passed away afew weeks ago, and our guinea piggeh still hasn't been seen. but we adopted a gorgeous rabbit, Stewie. He's heaps tame and my dad named him. We decided he had never watched an episode of family guy. and its heaps cute coz he just roams around the garden as he eats his way out of his enclosure.

We also have a new lens and its awesome and has tons more zoom than before. I just have to find time to use it. and i really want to go to Hinders concert but its one of 3 concerts over the whole world that is over 18. Canada, New Zealand and here are the only 3 places in the world where its over 18 and every other place is all ages. How unfair is that!!!!!!! Now I've just got to hope it doesn't sell out so they might change it to an all ages one.

I've got my L's!!!

Journal Entry: Wed Apr 18, 2007, 11:21 PM
YAY!! I don't actually plan on doing any real driving right now tho. It's so sad one of our guinea pigs has vanished. She's like nowhere to be found and not really smart enough to survive on her own. It's sad.

Yeah birthday, holidays went well (the rest of the holidays is going to be spent doing all the stuff I was meant to do before). got the insuranse money for the camera and now I just have to find another one and buy a new memory card. I've finished the Path of Neo game so now I've started again, and unluckily I just stepped on a pin...thanx

Yay its just over 3 wks until my birthday, then i can go for my L's. wow that is so scary! and my camera has died which is an absolute disaster because there's so much stuff i want to take pics of and the other one is so big and heavy.

I'm also getting my use out of my ps2 game, The Path of Neo and I'm up to the 3rd movie. It is so fun so if you like the matrix you should so get it.

The weather right now is so crazy, its like stinking hot one minute and then downpouring the next????!!!wth
